Do you have contactless access?
Download the Storage Genie app for contactless gate and climate control indoor unit access all while keeping your phone in your pocket or purse.We also provide key fobs so you do not need to use any keypad.

How do I pay my storage bill?
You can set up Autopay, Pay Online, or come to our office and Pay-in-Person by debit card or credit card.

What type of units do you offer?
We offer climate-controlled and outdoor drive-up access of various sizes including large 10x30 units with dual access perfect for vehicle indoor parking.
Do you have parking spaces?
We offer open-air outdoor parking spaces for RV’s, Boats, and Vehicles.

What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

Do you require insurance on my stored goods?
You are required to carry insurance on all your stored goods at Rockwell Self Storage. This is a standard practice in the self-storage industry and is sanctioned by state law. Our facility's insurance policy covers only the grounds and buildings, not your property placed in storage. You may already have coverage under an existing homeowner's or renter's policy. It is best to check with your agent to verify coverage and also provide Rockwell Self Storage with a declarations page. For those without coverage, affordable storage protection is offered through Rockwell Self Storage provided by Storsmart Bader Insurance. The protection plan has various levels of coverage and can be added at the move-in screen. If you have any questions please reach out to the office staff.
