Somebody give Wendi a raise! I was passing through the area and saw UHAUL trucks so I stopped in to talk to a real human to get some answers. Although I was planing to rent a truck and car trailer in California Wendi went above and beyond to explain to me what my best options were. Although I wasn't renting from this facility she gave me the option for her to make the reservations for me. That was great service. Over the years, I have had multiple experiences with storage facilities. Never have I had one as well managed as Rockwell self storage. The two ladies that manage the facility, Wendi and Stacy are outstanding. The facility is clean and safe. Also, Wendi and Stacy go above and beyond to deliver great customer service. If you’re on the fence about using this storage facility don’t be! Wendy helped me every step of the way and went above and beyond coordinating my cross country delivery with myself, the driver and her own schedule. I would not change a thing! The facility is VERY clean, safe and easy to access!
